Position: Marketing Business Partner, Hybrid, Full time, Days

Overview

Job Description
The Marketing Business Partner role is an opportunity to provide marketing and communication expertise and counsel to Centra's service lines, aligned with organization and service line strategies. This person will serve as an expert partner to deliver insightful analysis and strategies aligned with the service lines’ short- and long-term strategies and business objectives. This is a hybrid role and will be in the office 3 days a week (8:30 am-5 pm).

Responsibilities
  • Directly partners with the marketing team at all levels to support the development of appropriate marketing strategies and tactics
  • Acts as an active member of a service lines marketing priorities by creating marketing plans and layout marketing campaigns based on the service lines goals, strategies and business needs
  • Attends monthly strategic planning meetings with executive management and/or service line leadership to assure strategic alignment and that goals are being met with respective service lines and business units
  • Initiates, gathers, analyzes and reports out service line data and performance such as:
    Press Ganey, HCAAP, ROI on marketing programs and tactics, intake/outcomes data, etc.
  • Supports both financially and analytically towards the service lines goals and priorities
  • Continually challenges current thinking and makes recommendations on how to optimize marketing opportunities and minimize risk/cost to the business
  • Evaluates and reports actual versus planned outcomes of marketing strategies and plans
  • Manages the budgeting process for the service line and for individual campaigns
  • Oversees final service line deliverables; campaigns, ads, copy, requests, etc.
  • May perform other duties as assigned or requested and job specification can be modified or updated at any time
Qualifications
  • Required

    Education:

    Bachelor s Degree with emphasis in Marketing, Communications, and/or related discipline.
  • Required Experience: Minimum of two to five (2-5) years of experience in marketing. Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Strong time/project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to drive multiple projects simultaneously, work within tight time frames, and meet deadlines. Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Flexibility to attend meetings and/or functions after hours.
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in Healthcare and project management.
