Experience:

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.

• Must have at least 24 months of Medical Surgical Unit experience.

• 12 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Virginia license or compact license (required for submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >60 miles from facility to be submitted.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program:
Cross Country Program - Centra Health.

Additional Details:

Required certifications and licensure cannot expire within 30 days of the potential start date to apply.

Required Credentials: Explain all gaps over 90 days

Unit/Facility Details: All team members, including travelers, are expected to contribute to a culture of support, particularly when interacting with students and new hires

Special Requests: All RTO must be in packet at time of submission

Shift & Scheduling:

• One assignment only, no renewals
• Assignments end on Saturday
• 2/3 Weekends per month based on unit need

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission

Driver’s license required for submission
