Join Life Net Health as a Donor Relations Account Manager and play a vital role in advancing our mission to save lives, restore health, and bring hope to patients and families worldwide. This position is based in Lynchburg, VA and requires full‑time commitment with additional time as needed.
Base Pay Range$75,841.00/yr – $/yr

Full‑Time, Monday‑Friday (additional time as needed)
Travel: 70% day travel and 10% overnight within the assigned territory
Clinical Status:
Enhanced Clinical
- Manage the implementation of service plans for Life Net Health donation partners, including events, meetings, marketing and public relations initiatives.
- Build and guide key relationships with hospital systems, recovery agencies and executive leadership teams.
- Maintain quarterly contact with clinicians, medical examiners, funeral home partners, coroners, and other stakeholders to support Life Net Health products and services.
- Provide statistical reports to ensure compliance with CMS and JCAHO standards, and assist with process improvements.
- Partner with the tissue recovery department to resolve partner complaints and provide marketing and professional education.
- Develop marketing tools and strategic plans to maximize tissue donation, collaborate with PR firms, and conduct community outreach through Donate Life programs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Science or Arts)
- Valid State Driver’s License
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare (tissue banking, organ procurement, blood banking, nursing, psychology, medical, EMT, etc.) or in marketing, sales, public relations, education, or business development
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, Business, or Leadership
- Professional communication and public speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Complex understanding of procedures, practices, and policies with ability to collaborate across teams.
- Analytical skills to gather information, draw conclusions, and identify trends.
- Critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
- Capability to create and revise procedures and technical documents per established requirements.

Salary Range: $75,841 – $101,121 annually
Final compensation will be based on geographic location, qualifications, and prior experience. Actual compensation may be higher for qualified candidates.
