Position Overview- Location:
Lynchburg, VA - Shift: Day shift
- Start Date:
ASAP - Setting:
Skilled Nursing Facility - Productivity Requirement: 85%
- Duration: 13-week assignment (with possible extension)
- EMR System:
Common rehab EMR system
- Active Virginia Speech Language Pathology license
- Experience in SNF or geriatric rehab preferred
- Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
