WhatYou’ll Do Day-To-Day
Under broad supervision, designs and implements a wide array of technical solutions to support business requirements and increase efficiency. Works with end-users and other technical personnel to fully define, implement and maintain these systems while also providing testing, training and technical support as needed. Provides leadership on large-scale projects and may also provide supervision to other Technical Architects.
- Work with other technical leads to automate/enhance programming practices.
- Design and lead implementation of technical solutions consistent with Roadmaps.
- Work with stakeholders to fully understand and validate customer needs.
- Provide specifications, prototypes, and technical documentation.
- Define technical standards and functionality tests.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a technical or business field with a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required. Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Expert knowledge in a variety of Information Technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
- Ability to translate user needs into technical solutions/specifications.
- Ability to change priorities quickly, confront issues directly and work well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management.
Preferred
Skills:
- Proven experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (such as Git Hub Duo or similar) to enhance software development efficiency and code quality.
- Ability to evaluate AI generated output for correctness, security, and performance.
- Strong communication skills to translate AI capabilities into practical team benefits.
- Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and modern development workflows.
- Strong programming background in languages such as .NET, Python, C#, Java.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts.
- Salary: $99,000-$134,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
