WhatYou’ll Do Day-To-Day
- Gather load board information to identify the resource needs.
- Coordinate with Product Line Managers/Project Managers and outside staffing sources to procure specialized personnel and initiate purchase requisitions.
- Review and approve invoices and labor hours from subcontract companies and their employees.
- Meet with Product Line Managers/Project Managers to evaluate resumes, skills and rate of pay.
- Make all deployment arrangements for resources deployed to customer site.
- Support outage personnel while working at customer sites.
- Establish relationships with contractor companies.
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Understanding of aligning personnel with project needs.
- Familiarity with project timelines, deployment schedules, and staffing logistics.
- Good communication skills to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
- Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships; work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $30.20 - $39.50 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
