A construction company in Virginia is seeking motivated candidates to join their team on various projects, including demolition, excavation, and utility work in Charlottesville and Lynchburg. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of civil engineering experience, can operate heavy machinery like Trackhoes and Backhoes, and must possess strong leadership qualities while being willing to lift and carry materials as required.
Candidates must also be Virginia residents, pass drug tests, and hold a valid driver's license. Occasional Saturday work is expected.
