• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts needs

• Accurately look up and quote parts (VIN usage when possible)

• Answer phones professionally and assist walk-in customers

• Stock, receive, and organize inventory

• Process special orders and ensure timely follow-up

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Communicate clearly with the service and sales teams

• Deliver fast, accurate service in a high-volume environment

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude

• Parts experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
