Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minimum of 4 years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment. Candidates with approximately 7 years of general finance and auditing experience may also be considered.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
- Experience with percentage of completion accounting.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with fully integrated ERP systems, preferably Oracle or IFS.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand the overall business picture.
- Must be able to work onsite.
