A leading adhesives company in the UK is seeking a Shift Team Leader to oversee operational activities during their shift. The successful candidate will lead up to 30 production operators, ensuring productivity and adherence to health and safety standards. Applicants should have over 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with SAP and in chemical or related manufacturing environments is preferred. This role is onsite in Lymington.
