Our client based in Lymington is seeking a reliable and motivated Stores Operative to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse or stores experience who is looking for long-term, stable employment within a global manufacturing company.

• Receiving, checking, and booking in goods
• Picking, packing, and issuing materials to production
• Operating FLT (Reach and Counterbalance) safely and efficiently
• Updating stock movements using SAP or similar systems
• Maintaining accurate stock records and carrying out stock checks
• Ensuring the stores area is kept clean, organised, and safe
• Following all health & safety and company procedures
• Supporting production and logistics teams as required

• Previous experience in a stores or warehouse environment
• FLT licence – Reach and Counterbalance (essential)
• SAP experience (preferred)
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills
• Flexible approach to working hours when required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• £13.00 per hour
• Monday to Friday core hours (08:00–16:00)
