A leading marine composite manufacturer based in Lymington is looking to recruit an experienced Carbon Fibre Composite Laminator as part of continued growth.

This business operates within the high‑end marine and superyacht sector, producing technically advanced carbon fibre components to an exceptionally high standard.

The Role:

You’ll be involved in the manufacture of premium carbon fibre structures in a clean, professional production environment.

• Carbon fibre hand lay‑up and lamination
• Working with pre‑preg and/or wet lay carbon
• Vacuum bagging and resin infusion
• Reading and working from engineering drawings and laminate schedules
• Trimming, finishing, and quality inspection of components
• Maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and H&S

• Proven experience laminating carbon fibre composites
• Background in marine, aerospace, automotive, or high‑end composites
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Able to work independently and within a skilled team
• Reliable, professional approach to work

• £17 – £21 per hour
