Residential Property Solicitor

A leading regional Top 100 law firm is looking to appoint an Associate to join its well-regarded Residential Property Team in Lymington.

The role focuses on managing a caseload ofhigh-value and complex residential property transactions, often involving short timescales, listed buildings, land and more intricate financial arrangements. The team advises clients across the South East, London and beyond, and is known for its client-centric, relationship-led approach.

This opportunity would suit a qualified Solicitor at Associate level (around 3+ PQE, though slightly less will be considered) with more than basic conveyancing experience and an interest in complex work. Involvement in business development and long-term career progression is actively encouraged.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience in higher-value residential property transactions and ability to handle complex matters
• Ideally Associate level (around 3+ PQE), though candidates with slightly less experience will be considered if ready to step up
• Interest in business development and client relationship management
• Strong communication skills, a pragmatic approach and a genuine focus on client service
