Are you a skilled Residential Property Solicitor looking to advance your career in a thriving and supportive law firm? My client is expanding its conveyancing department in Lymington who has an excellent reputation and established client base.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and transfers of freehold and leasehold properties. You'll work closely with high-value clients, ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion.

• Independently handle a caseload of residential property transactions
• Provide expert advice on sales, purchases and other conveyancing matters
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships

You will have:

• A minimum of 1 year's PQEin Residential Conveyancing
• Strong technical knowledge of handling property transactions from inception to completion
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• A client-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a team
