Key Responsibilities:

As a Bar & Lounge Supervisor, you'll play a hands-on role in delivering outstanding service by:

Going above and beyond to ensure every guest leaves happy and well looked after
Maintaining expert knowledge of food, beverages, and cocktail menus to help drive sales
Delivering service steps and standards consistently without cutting corners
Supporting colleagues and working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team
Upholding exceptional standards of service, hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
