Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Restaurant Floor Manager to join our team at THE PIG in Brockenhurst. This is an on-site role that involves managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant floor, ensuring excellent customer experiences and smooth service. Responsibilities include leading and motivating the floor team, maintaining high service standards, overseeing the staff schedule, addressing customer needs and feedback, and supporting the delivery of food and beverage services in collaboration with the kitchen team.

The role requires a hands-on approach, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional hospitality.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and the ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage management and operations.
  • Effective Communication skills, including the ability to engage with customers and coordinate smoothly with team members.
  • Experience in team Hiring and personnel management is highly desirable.
  • A passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellent guest experiences.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the food and hospitality industry is preferred.
