_____ About the Role As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in creating meaningful early learning experiences for our children. Working alongside a supportive and friendly team, you’ll help plan engaging activities, spark curiosity, and support each child as they grow in confidence and ability. Creating a safe, welcoming and inspiring environment where children feel secure and valued.

Planning fun, play-based experiences that reflect children’s interests and individual needs. Supporting children’s progress across all areas of learning within the EYFS. Building strong, positive relationships with children and their families. Working closely with colleagues to share ideas and make each day enjoyable and rewarding. Who we are looking for? A qualified Early Years Educator (Level 3 or equivalent) Passionate, dedicated practitioners looking to build a long term career Commitment to & a genuine passion for exceptional childcare with a positive approach to learning new skills Sound understanding of EYFS - planning an engaging curriculum and being prepared to have fun and get messy Being a ‘team player’, offering an extra pair of hands for warm hugs and strong hands to juggle multiple babies Why Join Us?
