Nursery Practitioner – Highwood Nursery

In return you will receive a competitive salary of £24,834 – £25,565, depending on experience.

Brockenhurst College, New Forest, close to the village centre. Highwood Nursery is rated ‘Good' by Ofsted and we are working towards an outstanding rating, so this is an exciting time to join us.

• Provide suitable experience of working with children in a group care setting and demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of childcare, development and behaviour.
• Knowledge of how to provide opportunities for children to learn through play and support children to develop at their own pace.
• Hard‑working, dedicated, caring, and enjoy working with young children in a challenging but rewarding team environment.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal, and a commitment to working flexibly within the high standards expected in our setting.
