Part-Time Trash Collector (Porter) – Evening role at Community Concierge Services in Lutz, FL 33549. • Go up and down stairs to collect trash and recycling from residents' doors at your assigned apartment community.
• Load collected trash into your truck and transport it to the onsite compactor or trash bins.

• Access to a reliable pickup truck capable of transporting trash to onsite compactor or bins.
• Smartphone with a data plan for communication and navigation.
• Physical fitness to carry up to 50 lbs at a time without assistance.
• Evening availability to complete shifts on a set schedule each week ( Sundays 6:00 PM until completion or Mondays–Thursdays 7:00 PM until completion).
