Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints accurately
• Layout underground plumbing systems from plans
• Execute top-out and final installations for two-story custom homes
• Set high-end plumbing fixtures with precision
• Perform all phases of plumbing remodel work
• Ensure compliance with Florida plumbing codes and company standards
• Dig and trench as needed for system installations
• Maintain clean and organized work environments
• Safely lift and transport materials up to 75 pounds
• Operate cordless power tools and use hand tools effectively
• Drive company vehicle safely and responsibly
• Communicate professionally with teammates and clients

Qualifications

• 5+ years of plumbing experience (new construction & remodel)
• Proficient in reading tape measures and blueprints
• Own reliable transportation to and from shop
• Must provide own hand tools and cordless tools
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license with no more than 4 points
• No DUIs in the past 7 years
• Non Smokers are preferred
• Able to pass random drug and alcohol tests
• Must live within 1 hour of the shop
• Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs and working in Florida heat

Schedule

• Monday to Friday - Full-Time, typical shifts are 8-10 hours depending on project demands.

Location

• Based in Florida - This is an on-site role requiring presence at various residential job sites. Must reside within 1-hour commute of the company shop.
