Morning Team Member

Overview

We open for service at 6:30 AM and are looking for hard-working individuals who can assist in operations in the front of house and heart of house to help open and serve through the breakfast and lunch-time dayparts throughout the week, including Saturdays, throughout the year. At Chick-fil-A, our Team Member role is more than just a job; it's an opportunity.

In addition to working directly for an independent Owner/Operator, Team Members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. • Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Serve guests with the highest standards of customer service
• Move quickly with the ability to multi-task and work with a team
• Ensure food-safety, speed of service, accuracy, and remarkable experiences for our guests
• Be responsible for maintaining organization, cleanliness, and recipes
• Stock inventory as needed without direction
• Keep the restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around equipment
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
