• Coordinate with the sales team to schedule showings that align with clients' needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed feedback to the lead agent after each showing to enhance client service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market to offer clients valuable insights.
• Assist in preparing properties for showings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with clients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that improve the showing process and client satisfaction.

• Experience in customer service or sales, ideally within the real estate industry.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients and team members.
• Proven track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate property showings and maintain schedules.
• Knowledge of the Tampa-St. Petersburg-Clearwater real estate market or willingness to learn quickly.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team to enhance client satisfaction and service.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for scheduling and communication purposes.
