Responsibilities
  • Assist in generating leads and nurturing client relationships to build a robust client base.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance your real estate knowledge and skills.
  • Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and industry insights.
  • Conduct property tours and open houses to showcase listings to potential buyers.
  • Support the preparation of market analyses to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and property values in the Tampa‑St. Petersburg‑Clearwater area.
Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new real estate technologies and systems.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, balancing multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in market analyses and client documentation.
  • Familiarity with the Tampa‑St. Petersburg‑Clearwater real estate market is a plus, but not required.
Compensation

$97,000 - $225,000 yearly
