Bay Care Health System is looking for an experienced and mission‑driven Manager Respiratory Care to lead our Respiratory Care teams across St. Joseph’s Hospital‑North and Bay Care Hospital Wesley Chapel. As the Manager of Respiratory Care, you will oversee the daily operations and ongoing success of respiratory care services at two Bay Care facilities. This role is a blend of leadership, collaboration, and operational excellence.

• Day‑to‑day operations of respiratory care services at assigned facilities.
• Staffing, fiscal management, development of policies, procedures, and protocols, quality improvement, and interaction with physicians.
• Assisting team members as needed, communicating information to team members as applicable and coaching, counseling and mentoring.

• RRT – Registered Respiratory Therapist
• Active NBRC RRT Credential
• BLS – Basic Life Support

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Master’s in Management

• 5 years of Respiratory or Cardiopulmonary experience
• 3 years of Management or Supervisory experience in a related field
