Non-Instructional Non-Bargaining (NNB) Position

Program Type: PLACE 12-month Program

Responsible for the coordination, supervision, coaching, technical assistance, and day-to-day management of multiple before and/or after school K-12 enrichment programs while supporting the District’s mission, vision, and goals.

• Associates degree in Child Care, Education, or related field from an accredited institution
• Five years’ experience working with students in K-12 enrichment programs
• Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position

• Valid and current American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/Automated External Defibrillator (AED) course
• Agreement to complete within 30 days of hire. Must maintain certification by American Red Cross in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED as a condition of continued employment
