Customer Service Representative - Parts (Service Department)

Join Mettler-Toledo, a global leader in precision instruments. We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to deliver world-class service, managing customer inquiries via phone and email efficiently.

• Handle customer calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
• Manage parts orders and depot repair processes.
• Respond promptly to voicemails and emails.
• Organize service inboxes and create service orders.
• Collaborate with service managers and team members.
• Document all customer interactions in CRM.
• Support special projects as needed.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and take initiative.
• Proactive in resolving process breakdowns.
• Ability to work well in a dynamic, team-based environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior customer service and office experience preferred.
