Warranty Clerk at Sac Lutz

Morgan Automotive Group’s Shared Accounting Center is looking to hire a Warranty/Products Accounting Clerk. Responsibilities

• Processing of product payments as needed with vendors (JM&A, TMS, Safeguard)
• Process cancelations and submissions on for each product vendor
• Post vendor payment statements (JM&A, TMS etc.) in DMS
• Issue sales tax refunds to customers as needed
• Post and reconciling monthly reserve statements weekly/monthly
• Weekly/bi-weekly charge back logs to store finance managers.
• Maintain related schedules making notes an adjusting entries as needed

Qualifications

• Excel workbook skills required, basic formulas & V lookup
• Team player, integrity and strong work ethics, attention to detail, and
• Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communications with piers and customers
• Automotive software experience helpful Reynolds and Reynolds or ADP
