Senior Consultant – Asset Management / Regulatory Advice

Stantec’s Asset Management and Regulatory Advice team supports UK and Irish utility providers and infrastructure developers to drive performance, realise financial and social value and build resilience through smarter asset management.

As a Senior Consultant you will work across the Asset Lifecycle, developing and delivering innovative, system‑based solutions that help clients solve complex problems, improve efficiency, reduce risk and unlock hidden data.

• Identify improvement opportunities across the asset base and advise clients on risk reduction and performance optimisation.
• Build internal and external relationships to influence strategic thinking and raise the profile of Stantec’s Advisory Services.
• Collaborate with Asset Management and Regulatory Advice leaders to develop strategies and support client teams.
• Assist Client Service and Technical Directors in designing, delivering and monitoring programmes, projects and technical outputs.

• Knowledge of whole‑life asset management principles and regulatory concepts, with working experience in a regulated sector (water, energy, or related infrastructure).
• Strong analytical, conceptual and strategic/critical thinking skills.
• Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams to deliver value for clients.
