Warehouse Operative Nights

Overview

We are seeking reliable and hard-working Warehouse Operatives to join a busy sortation hub in Lutterworth. This is a fast-paced warehouse environment where you'll be responsible for sorting, scanning and moving parcels ready for dispatch. Perfect for candidates who enjoy active work, night shifts, and a team-focused environment.

• Sorting parcels by route, size, and destination
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Operating handheld scanners
• Moving items around the warehouse safely
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all site safety procedures

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to lift and move parcels (up to approx. 20kg)
• Good level of physical fitness – role involves continuous movement
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work nights consistently
• Safety boots & hi-vis required
