International Logistics Expansion Manager

Salary circa £80,000 per annum + package

Location – Lutterworth, LE17 4DU
, with regular travel to our offices in the UK

About the Role

We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on International Logistics Expansion Manager to lead the international logistics network expansion in existing and new global markets. You’ll ensure day‑to‑day service and supply into these markets and also create new Supply Chain solutions for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day logistics for international markets (excluding UK, NI, ROI)
• Develop and execute end‑to‑end customer service strategies
• Manage the in‑market 3PL/4PL relationships, tenders, and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with import & export regulations and documentation
• Drive continuous improvement and cost‑effective supply chain solutions
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to support new routes to market (RTMs), New Product Developments, and customer launches
• Own the international logistics P&L and budget management

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years proven experience of international logistics with an FMCG background, experience of 3PL/4PL management, and customer service
• Strong knowledge of customs, Incoterms, tariffs, and multi‑temperature logistics service providers (dedicated or multi‑user)
• Experience working with cost to serve models
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Budget & P&L experience
• Analytical and process driven mindset
