Operating from our Lutterworth depot, you'll safely collect and transport commercial waste using our modern fleet. Enjoy consistent Monday‑Friday shifts starting at 4am with all breaks paid and opportunities for occasional Saturday overtime.

• Safely operate HGV Class 2 vehicles (RCVs) for waste collections
• Facilitate collection of wheeled bin containers
• Plan efficient routes to maximise productivity and minimise environmental impact
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring sites are tidy and bins correctly positioned
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report defects (DVSA compliant)
• Adhere to waste duty of care regulations and health/safety standards

• Valid UK Class 2 (Category
  
  C) licence + current Driver CPC
• Digital tachograph card
• Experience in Waste Sector Operations (preferred)
• Physical fitness for manual handling tasks
