Shift Manager – Permanent Part‑time Weekend Role

This is a permanent, part‑time role working weekends – Saturday and Sunday – covering the hours of 14:00 – 00:00, with flexibility required during peak periods. The role offers an annual salary of 19,935.32 plus a weekend and shift allowance of £2,786.16.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring the effective and efficient working of a number of teams over the course of a shift, across all activities related to client order fulfilment.
- Plan and allocate resources (staff, equipment, consumables) to ensure smooth fulfilment operations.
- Implement efficient processes to exceed client expectations in quality and accuracy.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and Health & Safety, addressing any breaches per policy.
- Set and achieve KPIs to drive performance and profitability.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met.
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to minimise service disruption.
- Previous experience working as a Shift Manager.
- Confident in planning own shifts and managing agency headcount.
- Ability to lead, support, and motivate a team.
- Background in retail, e‑commerce, or fashion is highly preferable.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems.
