- Reporting directly to the Head of Production, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects of medium to high complexity.
- The role requires excellent organisation and ability to prioritise effectively to deliver in line with customer expectations and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- As a Production Project Manager, you will need to have a good technical and a practical understanding of manufacturing and materials.
- Flexibility to manage and adapt to fast-paced changes and deadlines.
- Good eye for detail to ensure quality control of supplier goods meets specifications and is fit for purpose.
- Understanding of sustainable materials and production processes.
- Ability to follow standard processes and identify potential issues, understanding when to escalate.
- Leading programme management, reporting and risk management, with a proactive approach to finding solutions and making decisions.
- The role involves you managing your own time, working collaboratively with key business users
- Co-ordinating, administering and activating production projects, with a focus on quality
- Collaborate (external suppliers, partners and Internal colleagues) delivering quick effective communication at all times
- Able to identify and eradicate the risks on a project ensuring that key priorities are dealt with in the most practical order Oversee the daily quality control (QC) compliance, reacting quickly any obstacles and challenges
- Commercial awareness and a thorough understanding of the industry and competitive environment.
- Responsible for creating suppliers POs and handling commercials such as budget management
- Analysing project progress and, when necessary, adapting scope / timelines and costs
- Producing quality check reports (internal and external)
- Resilience and positive attitude in challenging situations
- Flexibility to manage and adapt to fast-paced changes
- Proficient planning, diary management and multitasking skills
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven problem-solving abilities
- Confidence and ability to build relationships
- A background in the retail display / POP industry
- Excellent Communication Skills and be highly organised
