Job Opportunity:
Digital Learning Officer

Duration: 18 month contract

Work Arrangement: Hybrid working - 1 day in Lutterworth office per week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 36.25 hours per week

Salary: £34,305 per annum

Our client, a membership association in Lutterworth, is seeking a Digital Learning Officer to support project needs through designing and developing innovative digital learning resources. The role involves content creation, copywriting, and project management, suitable for candidates experienced in delivering learning resources and materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deliver digital learning resources for ethical and scope framework projects.
  • Support the wider team in creating diverse digital learning formats to meet CPD needs of members.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and SMEs to understand requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Analyze feedback on resources to inform future developments and innovations.
  • Assist the Member Engagement Manager with implementing the digital learning content strategy.
  • Attend organizational hybrid events in person or remotely (4 per year).
Requirements, Skills, and

Experience:
  • Professional qualification in a related field (content creation, media production) or equivalent experience – essential.
  • Practical experience in learning content delivery, including media recording, editing, and design – essential.
  • Experience in writing learning outcomes and collating resources – essential.
  • Technical knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro) – essential.
  • Experience with Vyond is advantageous.
  • Experience in a membership association or charity is advantageous.
  • Experience in web copywriting, content uploading to CMS, and collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong team player, comfortable working collaboratively.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize in a busy environment with tight deadlines.
