We’re looking for reliable, detail-focused Warehouse & Security Screening Operatives to join an exciting, brand-new operation at London Luton Airport
. This opportunity allows you to play a vital role in keeping goods moving safely and securely through the consolidation centre, while building a long-term career in a fast‑paced airport environment.

• Carry out daily duties in the consolidation centre, ensuring full compliance with aviation security procedures and safety standards.
• Receive deliveries from suppliers and carry out visual checks for signs of tampering.
• Accurately book in deliveries using the relevant systems.
• Prepare goods for security screening in line with regulations.
• Operate X‑ray screening equipment to inspect goods and ensure compliance with security standards.
• Maintain a secure environment by challenging unauthorised access to the Unknown Goods Area when required.

• 5 years of continuous employment history.
• Successful completion of a DBS check and Counter Terrorist Check (CTC).
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify irregularities.
• Comfortable with lifting, moving and handling goods as part of daily duties.
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics or security is desirable but not essential.

Full training is provided, along with real opportunities for development and progression as the operation grows — including the chance to gain Counterbalance Forklift Truck training.

This is a full‑time, permanent role. Flexibility in working hours is offered, but you must be able to work either any 5 days out of 7 or on a 4‑on, 4‑off shift pattern.
