We call you a Customer Service Team Member, playing a vital role in delivering top‑quality products on time and efficiently. You’ll be out on the road in any weather, and we use automated technology to pre‑plan your route and pre‑load your van. Working patterns involve evenings and weekends in addition to weekdays, so on top of your base pay you receive premiums that increase your average hourly earnings to £13.50 per hour.

You don’t need any prior experience to join our good‑natured team; just bring yourself and a positive attitude, and our training team will do the rest.

• Full UK or EU driving licence.
• Minimum of 12 months driving experience.
• Maximum of 6 penalty points.
• No driving disqualifications in the past 5 years.

Some deliveries involve handling of alcohol products, so you must be over 18 to apply.

As this is a customer‑facing role, good communication skills are essential.

Please note:

Our Luton site provides deliveries into a wide range of North London locations, where traffic conditions can be busy and complex. You must be confident in your driving ability and capable of safely navigating high‑density traffic routes, urban road layouts, and frequent stop‑start conditions. Applicants should be comfortable driving in these environments as a regular part of the role.

• Contracted days: You will be required to work any 5 days out of 7, with further information provided during pre‑boarding.
• Shifts: AM & PM. You may start as early as 05:30 in the morning, and can finish as late as 12:00 (midnight). Please check your commute time prior to applying. You will receive your shift rota up to 13 weeks in advance.
• Pay Structure: The position is lunar paid. This means you will be paid every 4 weeks according to a monthly schedule.

• Evening Premium (from 6pm): £1.12
• Sunday Day Premium: £1.30
• Sunday Evening Premium: £2.54
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Day Shift): £16.30
• Overtime rate Monday to Saturday (Evening Shift): £17.70
