HGV Class 2 - Temp to perm

Job Description

Siamo Group is looking for experienced Class 2 drivers for a client of ours based in Measham.

This is a temp‑to‑perm role with start as soon as possible, Monday to Friday (no weekends).

Pay rates: £15.60 per hour PAYE only, rising to £38,600 after 12 weeks.

Shift patterns: 0600 am start (Monday to Friday shifts available).

• This job entails deliveries and collections of our products/services to and from our customers’ varied locations and our branches.
• Making sure all parts of Health and Safety are adhered to, including that your vehicle is loaded securely, all product is handled correctly, and that we meet road transport/traffic legislation standards with any required checks carried out to the appropriate timings.
• Providing first‑class customer service when delivering to our customer base to ensure that they receive a professional, timely and courteous delivery experience.

• Delivering a wide variety of items to different addresses, differing delivery points, and via different routes.
• Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, carrying out a daily check on the vehicle, equipment and load for which you have responsibility and reporting any defects.
