HGV Technician - Main Dealer (Luton Area)

£21.00 per hour / £48,000 basic + Overtime | Rotating Shifts | Excellent Benefits

A thriving commercial vehicle dealership in the Luton area is expanding following new customer contract wins and is now seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join a busy main dealer workshop. We are ideally looking for candidates with main dealer experience, however experienced HGV Technicians with strong diagnostics skills and all-round HGV experience will also be considered.

• Up to £21.00 per hour (dependent on skills & experience)
• Overtime paid at time and a half
• Excellent benefits package
• Ongoing manufacturer and personal training

• 44 hours per week
• Monday to Friday rotating shifts: 06:00 - 16:00, 12:00 - 22:00
• 1 hour lunch break
• Early finish on Fridays

• Carry out diagnostics, repairs, maintenance and servicing on HGVs
• Work to main dealer standards
• Use computer-aided diagnostics to identify faults
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently

• HGV Technician Level 3 qualification (or equivalent)
• Proven HGV workshop experience
• Strong diagnostic capability
• Full driving licence (HGV Class 1 desirable)
