You’ll be out knocking on doors and turning conversations into customers. It’s about connecting with people, understanding what they need, and showing how Virgin Media O2 can make their lives better. You’ll be selling to people who may not be expecting you; following up on the leads you create and treating your patch like your own business.

£25,000 basic salary, plus uncapped commission (OTE c.£45,000). Earn up to £50,000‑£70,000 a year depending on performance.

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work 128pm shifts
