Trainee Sales Negotiator – Luton

Kickstart your career in the property industry at haart’s Luton branch. No prior experience is needed – just a full UK driving licence and an up‑to‑date CV.

What you’ll receive
  • £30,000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Full‑time working hours: 8:30 am – 6:00 pm four weekdays per week, and 9:00 am – 5:00 pm every Saturday

Training
  • One week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre in Colchester
  • Purpose‑built training location

  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay
How you will make an impact
  • Market properties to potential owners
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings

  • Generate new leads through canvassing, door knocking, leaflet dropping and more
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor

Additional information
  • Must have access to a vehicle that is less than 10 years old
