A recruitment agency is seeking a Sous Chef for a client based in Luton. In this role, you will assist the head chef, preparing and cooking dishes while ensuring high food service standards. You will lead kitchen sections during service, supervise junior chefs, and maintain hygiene and compliance with HACCP. A food hygiene certificate is a must. Various shifts are available, providing flexibility in work hours.
