F&B Team Member

Main Responsibilities

You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality consistency and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an Engaging Dynamic Guest Experience.

• Welcoming the guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient friendly and professional service
• Conveying the hotels image through his / her attitude professionalism and excellent grooming standards
• Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
• Good knowledge of our products
• Take responsibility for your designated section and station
• Ensuring that the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
• Receiving and processing customers payments
• Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables
• Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns
• Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services

• Previous experience as a bartender within hotels or service-based industry is required.
• Sense of urgency.

• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
