We're looking for a dedicated and energetic Quality Auditor
to join one of our client'sin Bedford on apermanent basis. As a Quality Auditor, you'll be essential in monitoring product and food safety standards to ensure all products are safe and meet legal requirements and be audit ready at all times.
Responsibilities:

• Monitor and test product quality against customer requirements and schedules.
• To ensure your area of responsibility is audit ready at all times.
• Perform metal detection checks on all final products and report any findings.
• Complete online verifications of materials been produce to internal and customer specific specifications.
• Report any out-of-specification results or metal detection failures to your technical and operational colleagues. You'll also escalate issues to management if they aren't resolved.
• Ensure Certificates of Analysis are sent to customers by the agreed-upon deadlines.
• Verify that product labels and job sheets are accurate and properly documented.
• Conduct swabbing verification of swabbings for cleaning verification and allergenic controls.
• Collate and complete microbiological & nutritional testing as per the schedule
• Conduct on line and off line verification product checks through Organoleptic testing.
