A well-respected local charity in Luton is seeking a Training Lead to assist in their training programme. You will play a vital role in recruiting volunteers and maintaining training records while overseeing the onboarding process for new staff and volunteers. Additionally, you'll spearhead the Advice First Aid initiative and provide training in community settings.
