• Set up raw materials, containers, and equipment required for aseptic manufacturing, following GMP documentation and customer priorities.
• Perform routine and thorough cleaning and decontamination of cleanroom areas according to daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
• Perform transfer sanitization on raw materials and consumables.
• Conduct visual inspection of finished products in line with product quality standards.
• Carry out environmental monitoring and report deviations in accordance with SOPs.
• Perform quality control checks on materials and products, ensuring they meet specifications and are released appropriately.

• English and Mathematics GCSE grades A-C (or equivalent).
• A keen interest in Pharmaceutical Industry (Aseptic/QC/Laboratory).
• High level of attention to detail and ability to follow detailed procedures.
• Strong communication and team‑work skills.
• High computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office.

Science Manufacturing Technician Level 3

Upon successful completion of this 22‑month apprenticeship there is potential for progression into Compounding and Release, supporting your continued development and career growth.

Aseptic manufacturing facilities operate under highly controlled conditions to ensure the production of sterile products without contamination. These working conditions are governed by strict regulations and guidelines.

Must hold GCSE grade 4 or above in both Maths and English GCSE's.
