TIG Welder ReeVR Talent are seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our leading aerospace manufacturer client on a permanent day shift. You will produce high-quality, precision welded components to strict aerospace standards, working from detailed engineering drawings and route cards.

Key Responsibilities for the TIG Welder TIG weld precision aerospace components Work with Titanium, Inconel, and Stainless Steel Ensure all work meets quality, safety and production standards Maintain an organised, clean and audit-ready work area Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives

What Were Looking For Proven TIG welding experience As the TIG Welder you will be required to read engineering drawings and weld data cards Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach Team-oriented with good communication skills Whats On Offer for the TIG Welder £37,000 per year plus overtime Permanent role 37 hours per week 4-day week (Monday Thursday) Day shift: 6am3:45pm or 7am4:45pm Clean, modern workshop and supportive team This is a great opportunity to join a growing aerospace business where craftsmanship, quality, and career progression are valued.
