Hours 8am – 4.30pm (3pm Friday)

Having had someone retire, a precision CNC production machining client in Luton require a CNC Turner setter to join their busy and established manufacturing team.

With over 40 years history the company have a very established order book and can offer longevity and stability, with many of their Skilled Staff having 15 – 30 years’ service.

The successful candidate will work within a clean and modern environment with state-of-the-art machine tools. The role will involve production of components according to production schedules and producing medium batches of precision components.

An excellent rate of pay and overtime offered to an applicant with the relevant experience.

Skills:

⦁ You will be skilled in either Fixed or Sliding Head Machines and must be prepared to upskill in the other.
⦁ Relevant experience is required in setting and operating although additional training will be offered to a suitable applicant.
⦁ You will be comfortable with Fanuc controls, making required adjustments as a minimum
⦁ Programming training also to be offered to a suitable applicant following probationary period.
⦁ To be considered for this role you must be able to use measuring equipment and read engineering drawings.
