Person Specification Education/ Qualification/ Training- oRegistered Nurse (Mental Health)
- oOR Registered Nurse (Learning Difficulty)
- oOR Registered Nurse (Adult)
- oSpecialist Area Training
- oLeadership / Management Training
- oSignificant experience of management and leadership roles at band 6 level or above
- oWorking with people with mental health problems/ learning disabilities
- oManaging challenging and aggressive behaviour
- oWorking within a multidisciplinary team environment
- oExperience of providing individualized and culturally sensitive care
- oSupporting and supervising students and junior staff
- oEvidence of quality improvement
- oExcellent verbal and written communication skills
- oKnowledge of quality improvement practices
- oAbility to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care for complex patients
