They are looking for a Pre-Construction Project Manager to support projects outside of the M25 on a hybrid basis, that will oversee the early stage works necessary to deliver their major power and civils projects, encompassing complex utility infrastructure and cable installation works.
Working as part of a top-tier pre-construction team and reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager, this role spans planning, operations, compliance and commercial delivery, with responsibility for safety, quality, cost and programme – ensuring maximum performance on projects, within budget, and seamlessly nurturing and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

* Accurate record keeping, sharing regular progress reviews and work plans, as well as filing compliance documentation and data sheets.
* A clear focus on safety - SHEQ policies to be promoted and instilled with teams across all projects, with monthly SHEQ and RAM audits, monthly inspections, near-miss reporting and leading on zero-harm initiatives.
* Use of NEC/JCT/ICC/Bespoke frameworks to manage contracts
* Working collaboratively within the business, ensuring a clear and regular channel of communication between internal and external stakeholders, clients and partners.
