* Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments, particularly within live healthcare and education environments.
* Investigate incidents and non-conformances, ensuring root cause analysis and effective corrective actions are implemented.
* Deliver training and briefings to site teams, operatives, and subcontractors to foster a strong, positive safety culture.
* Monitor SHEQ performance metrics and produce regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborate with project teams to embed SHEQ considerations early in planning and throughout delivery.

* Environmental or sustainability qualifications (e.g., IEMA).
* ISO Lead Auditor qualification (ISO 45001, 14001, or 9001).
Why Join Marcon?
* Play a critical role in projects that improve hospitals, schools, and workplaces.
* Join a team committed to safety, quality, and integrity.
* Work in a supportive environment that values professional development and collaboration.
